Okyo Service Model
You are eligible for the Okyo Hardware Service Model if your security subscription is valid and active and the Restrictions (defined below) do not apply.
Our Okyo Hardware Service Model includes a ‘return and repair’ or ‘return and replace’ service for defective, malfunctioning, or broken hardware. Please also see our refund policy for additional details.
Hardware Return Procedures
If you think you need to replace your Okyo Garde device, please contact Okyo Support from the mobile app or at email@example.com. If you have a defective device, our Okyo Support team will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
In some cases, we can ship a replacement device with a return label for your defective device. It’s always a good idea to retain your shipping receipt when you send your defective device back to us, as proof of the return.
Okyo Hardware Service Model Restrictions (“Restrictions”)
The Hardware Service Model will not apply if the product:
Has been altered, except by an authorized Okyo and/or Palo Alto Networks, Inc. employee or representative.
Has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with the instructions supplied by Okyo and/or Palo Alto Networks, Inc.
Has been subjected to unreasonable physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or damage caused by an Act of God.
Is being used in a different country than where the original purchase or activation occurred.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR OTHER INJURY OR DAMAGE.
WARNING: Failure to follow the safety instructions could result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to your Okyo device or other property. Please review the instructions before set up or use. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE WARNINGS, AND TO USE THE DEVICE PROPERLY.
To prevent fire or electric shock hazard, keep away from rain or moisture. Clean only with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not connect the plug into an extension cord, receptacle, or other outlet unless the plug can be fully inserted with no part of the blades exposed.
The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
Do not cover the device or block the airflow to the device. Do not expose the device to temperatures below freezing or above 45°C/113°F.
Device may contain small parts and be otherwise hazardous to children. Keep out of reach of children.
If the device malfunctions or fails to perform as expected, stop using it immediately.

This device complies with ISED applicable licence-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (i) this device may not cause interference; and
(ii) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
The device could automatically discontinue transmission in case of absence of information to transmit, or operational failure. Note that this is not intended to prohibit transmission of control or signaling information or the use of repetitive codes where required by the technology.
